Terms of Service
The terms under which you use LabeLaw AI.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Dejay Co., Ltd. ("Company") and the users ("User") accessing and using LabeLaw AI ("Service").
Article 2 (SaaS Subscriptions and Billing)
- The Service is billed on a monthly subscription model based on the tier selected on the Pricing Page.
- Billing is automatically processed at the start of each subscription cycle. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and refunds are subject to consumer protection laws.
Article 3 (Ownership of Uploaded Data)
- Users retain all intellectual property, copyright, and ownership rights to all product packaging graphics, files, and text uploaded to the Service.
- The Company processes the uploaded data solely to provide compliance detection and does not share or leak files to third parties without written authorization.
⚠️ Article 4 (Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability - CRITICAL)
- All compliance ratings, highlighted regulatory warning clauses, and recommendations generated by LabeLaw AI are for REFERENCE AND PRELIMINARY CONSULTATION PURPOSES ONLY.
- The Company does not warrant that the Service’s AI algorithms are error-free or fully up-to-date with all regional legislative updates. The results do not constitute official regulatory approvals or formal legal advice.
- The Company is NOT liable for any direct or indirect damages (including regulatory fines, product recalls, administrative holds, loss of business, or printing scrap costs) incurred by the User’s reliance on the Service. Users must separately verify their product packaging with official legal counsel or national regulatory bodies before manufacturing.
Article 5 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
